A VAI Coaching License is required to be allowed to coach at VAI competitive matches, including National League, Cup and Championship matches.
If you currently hold a VAI coaching license, please return it for renewal.
If you are seeking a new or replacement license, please attach a passport photo with above payment in full.
If you have qualified outside the VAI jurisdiction, please enclose a copy of your qualifications.
To complete this registration form, sign the below statement and send to the VAI Office at the address below with cheque/postal order for the above total and made payable to the “Volleyball Association of Ireland Ltd.”
To complete registration all coaches must complete Code of Ethics Awareness Course and submit their certificate number.
To complete registration all coaches must complete a Garda Vetting form, which will be sent to coaches when this form has been submitted.
